Batman vs. Superman logo, which, in my opinion, is better than the shirt.

Blending logos is not often done and with good reason; it dilutes one or two of the logos and thus diminishes brand integrity. In the case of your example, the Mets logo is nearly unrecognizable unless you're already familiar with the logo.

        Batman vs. Superman

The one other blended logo that comes to mind is the recent Batman vs. Superman logo, which, in my opinion, is better than the shirt.

Batman was out of shape & lacked motivation

He stopped being Batman for 8 years because he felt that he no longer had to be Batman because of the Dent act. Lets assume this is 2008. So he retired until 2016.

From 2008–2016, this gave Gotham a period where organized crime wasn’t a factor or wasn’t as prominent anymore.

In Batman Begins (2005), you had Carmine Falcone

In The Dark Knight (2008) you had multiple crime families running Gotham.

Batman, Jim Gordon & Harvey Dent were a threat to their organization, business dealings & overall stronghold on Gotham.

When Dent, Gordon & Batman succeeded in locking up the crime families it was protected by the Dent act, but as we know Joker turned Dent into TwoFace which led to Dent trying to kill everyone who was involved, affiliated or considered responsible in the murder of Rachel Daws.

Which led to Harvey Dent going after Jim Gordon & threatening his son because he felt Gordon was responsible for putting Ramirez & her partner in charge of Harvey & Rachel’s transport since they were secretly paid off by the Joker.

The result ended with Batman diving after Harvey to save Gordon’s son & Harvey falling to his death. Batman took the blame for all the people Harvey killed & for killing Harvey to stop him from killing Gordon’s son. Harvey Dent was accused of killing 3–5 people. If his actions were exposed, this would’ve reversed the Dent act & released all those criminals.

This gave Gotham a period of temporary peace & it was a victory for Gotham’s War Against Organized Crime.

Because of this peace:

Batman retired
Bruce Wayne went into depression dwelling on the death of Rachel which caused him to not be active.
Harvey shot him in the hip & he fell at least 15–20 feet trying to save Gordons son. Which is why he has a cane in The Dark Knight Rises (2012).

So when he went to fight Bane who never stopped training, fighting & was in much better shape than Bruce he was easily beaten. Batman’s false victory against organized crime is what caused him to become out of shape.
In addition to this, Bruce motivation was lower. While he was Batman, he was on a mission to end organized crime. That drive was motivated by the murder of his parents. He accomplished that goal, retired for 8 years & tried to come back from retirement against a man who was more driven. Bane was on a quest to appease Talia Al Ghul/Miranda Tate who was trying to fulfill Ras Al Ghul’s destiny. He tries to fight like he use to as a “younger man” but as Bane said “Peace has cost him his strength. Victory has defeated him” because he’s out of shape & lacks the motivation to truly have his same vigor.
