Kemudian persoalan dana mentahnya, seingat saya porsi belanja Kemenhan dari APBN hanya sekitar 90–100 triliun. Membuatnya saja sudah tidak cukup uangnya, apalagi biaya maintenance serta manusianya? I thoroughly enjoyed the first book in this series (Subject A36) and couldn’t wait to get into the second. It didn’t disappoint. Our hero, Asher, has surrendered to his bio-engineered personality (A36) and become a serious threat to his old team of insurgents. The insurgents are battling the Colony, a diabolical organization that harvests the genes of children (by killing them) so wealthy people can enhance their bodies.

The leader of the Colony, Silas, is a great antagonist because he’s so horrid! And sadly, Asher has become his killing machine. Declan rises to the top as the main protagonist in this book, and he has some relationships to repair after betraying his friends in the last one.

The author spends the first part of the story catching readers up on the characters and what happened during book one. Forward progress doesn’t really take off until about the 20% mark and then it’s non-stop action, twists and turns, deception, plotting, and battling right up until the end, which wraps up nicely.

Despite Asher’s months of murdering people, I still felt a lot of empathy for him from the first book (and recommend reading them both, in order). Declan was convincing, and I liked his sense of humor, but Brinn, and her unwavering trust in Asher’s love, was my favorite. This isn’t a long book and I had a hard time putting it down. Highly recommended for sci-fi readers and fans of fast-paced action. (Kindle Unlimited).

 Corea del Sur, utilizando vehículos eléctricos de batería (BEV) IONIQ 5 con tecnología de conducción autónoma de nivel 4 desarrollados internamente. El RoboRide piloto será el primer servicio de transporte de automóviles con vehículos autónomos que operará en Gangnam, una de las áreas más congestionadas del área metropolitana de Seúl.

Para el servicio piloto, el Grupo ha obtenido un permiso de operación de conducción autónoma temporal del Ministerio de Tierra, Infraestructura y Transporte (MOLIT) de Corea. Colaborará con Jin Mobility, una startup coreana que opera la plataforma de movilidad de transporte de automóviles impulsada por inteligencia artificial (IA) ‘iM’. Jin Mobility estará a cargo de operar las dos unidades IONIQ 5 RoboRide en su aplicación iM. El Grupo también planea expandir el servicio piloto, mientras desarrolla aún más la tecnología de conducción autónoma teniendo en cuenta diversas condiciones, como la estabilidad de conducción.

A través de este piloto, el Grupo espera recopilar valiosos datos de la conducción autónoma y planea desarrollar aún más la tecnología de conducción autónoma de nivel 4 para navegar de forma segura y flexible en entornos urbanos complicados. 

Para prepararse para un entorno de conducción tan complicado, el Grupo también ha trabajado con el Gobierno Metropolitano de Seúl para establecer un sistema que pueda conectar las señales de tráfico con vehículos autónomos. También ha recopilado una gran cantidad de datos de conducción desde 2019 al probar la conducción autónoma en el área de Gangnam.

Además, el Grupo proporcionará un sistema de asistencia remota para vehículos que fue desarrollado internamente para garantizar la seguridad. El sistema monitorea el estado de la conducción autónoma, el vehículo y la ruta, y respalda el viaje con funciones de asistencia remota, como cambiar de carril en circunstancias en las que la conducción autónoma no es factible. Basado en la tecnología de conducción autónoma de nivel 4, el vehículo RoboRide percibirá, tomará decisiones y controlará su propio estado de conducción, mientras que su conductor de seguridad solo intervendrá en condiciones limitadas.

El servicio piloto de RoboRide funcionará de 10 a 16 horas, de lunes a viernes, para minimizar los posibles inconvenientes en el camino. Hasta tres pasajeros pueden estar en un viaje, mientras que un conductor de seguridad estará en el vehículo para responder a cualquier emergencia. El Grupo planea operar un servicio de demostración inicial para personal seleccionado internamente y luego expandir los objetivos del servicio piloto a clientes generales en el futuro.

Para conmemorar el servicio piloto, Won Hee-ryong, Ministro de Tierras, Infraestructura y Transporte de Corea del Sur, y Oh Se-hoon, alcalde de la ciudad de Seúl, se convirtieron en los primeros clientes en probar el vehículo RoboRide.
